RN - Cardiovascular Care

About the role

This role requires a registered nurse with at least one year of cardiovascular and/or intensive care experience, demonstrating critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment skills. The nurse must be capable of working independently in high-pressure environments and take appropriate action as needed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of cardiovascular and/or intensive care experience
• Department-specific certifications:
  • ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider
  • ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialty areas
  • PALS for pediatric units (30-day window for non-pediatric backgrounds)
• Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications
