RN - Cardiopulmonary/Renal Unit - Full Time - Days

Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Collaborates with other departments to coordinate patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.Evaluate the care provided by direct care staff.Coordinate patient care across departments to ensure optimal outcomes.Adhere to organizational standards, mission, and values. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Valid RN license in the applicable state or valid compact license.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days of hire), and other unit-specific certifications as required.
