Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational values and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.Assess and evaluate patient needs and care outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Ensure patient rights, confidentiality, and safety are upheld.Maintain compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.Current RN license within the state or valid compact licensure.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and other unit-specific certifications as required.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
