About the role
The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure adherence to standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities
- Supervise assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- New graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred, especially for PRN roles
- Valid Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNLC multistate license required
- Current BCLS certification required
- Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus
