RN - Cardiac Telemetry - Night Shift

Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of nursing practice.Ensure delivery of quality care through effective teamwork and adherence to policies.Maintain necessary licenses and certifications, including RN licensure and BCLS.Obtain specialized certifications as required by different units (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NRP).Report and address high-risk situations, ensuring patient safety. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and patient care procedures.Ability to obtain additional certifications within specified timeframes based on unit specialization.
