Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies. They are responsible for maintaining practice standards, coordinating patient care activities, and demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
