RN - Cardiac Tele - Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process within a compassionate and professional framework. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and ensures accountability for quality care delivery. Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on the specific unit. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Key Duties: Deliver safe, competent patient care, collaborate across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain professional accountability.
