RN - Cardiac Progressive Care (PT, Nights)

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care to assigned patients, evaluate caregiver performance, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure compliance with care standards and patient confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Must meet physical demands such as lifting, standing, walking, and performing various physical movements. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work night shifts in a cardiac progressive care setting.
