RN - Cardiac Progressive Care (Part-Time, Night Shift)

Job Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values. Role & Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to standards.Perform clinical duties in line with organizational mission and values. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN licensure and ability to obtain/maintain license in the state or compact licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.
