About the role
Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights, and safeguard confidentiality, all aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct patient care in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform necessary movements.
