RN - Cardiac Cath/EP Lab
Hourly pay range: $36.00 – $55.80. The rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is conducting a comprehensive review of its compensation structure; the new minimum for this role will be $37.25 base pay hourly beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with 1+ year of Cath Lab experience, requiring a 2-year commitment.
About the role
Position is based at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL, with on-call responsibilities at either Highland Park or Evanston (45 minutes away). Schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday, including on-call duty.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab setting.
- Participate in conscious sedation procedures.
- Respond to on-call assignments as required.
Requirements
- Current Illinois RN license.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Medical-Surgical experience with telemetry monitoring preferred.
- Conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
