RN - Bone and Joint PACU, Grant Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• Evaluation/Implementation: Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to revise the plan of care based on evaluative data.
• Leadership: Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations: Supports safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties within the PACU - Bone and Joint department.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
