About the role

Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team in Springdale, Arkansas. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents while working alongside a supportive, mission-driven behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting. - Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning. - Monitor patient condition, response to treatment, and overall progress. - Administer medications and treatments as ordered. - Document patient care, observations, and progress accurately and timely. - Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, MHTs, and other team members. - Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination. - Build professional, respectful relationships with patients, families, and coworkers. - Support patient rights, dignity, and recovery-focused care.

Requirements

- Active Arkansas RN license. - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Current CPR certification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment. - Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. - Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or pediatric nursing. - Inpatient psychiatric experience. - 12-hour day shifts. - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Weekend rotation required.

Pay

Schedule
