About the role
Provide patient care in a structured, therapeutic environment for individuals with psychiatric, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. Work 24 hours per week on the night shift as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on evaluation, education, medication therapy, therapy, and relapse prevention.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
