Part Time RN (Behavioral Health) Night

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to psychiatric and behavioral health patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic plans.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Support patients through evaluation, education, medication management, therapy, and relapse prevention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work night shifts, with experience in behavioral health preferred.
