RN - Behavioral Health Full-Time Weekends

Role: Provides direct patient care to behavioral health patients, ensuring safety, accurate assessments, and effective treatment planning. Responsibilities Conducts admitting and shift assessments, documenting behaviors and patient data.Uses critical thinking to analyze assessments and notify physicians of changes.Participates in developing and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans.Documents nursing care, implements physician orders, and monitors patient safety.Supervises care delivered by LPNs and techs and educates patients and families.Applies evidence-based practices aligned with patient needs and professional standards.Demonstrates professional nursing ethics and maintains safety awareness.Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.At least one year of RN experience.Valid RN license and BLS certification for the respective state.Strong communication, critical thinking, and safety vigilance. Physical Requirements: Constant standing, walking, speaking, and frequent lifting, reaching, and visual acuity. Occasional patient lifting and movement.
