About the role

Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC. Our Home Health RNs provide expert, patient-centered care. This position offers 1:1 care, flexible scheduling, and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and tuition discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Requirements

• Previous Home Health experience as an RN

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
