Baylor - RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health
Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Lexington, KY. Our Home Health RNs provide expert, patient-centered care in Fayette County and surrounding areas.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will deliver one-on-one care that makes a lasting impact on patients and families. This full-time, Baylor-schedule position offers greater work/life balance, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work independently while receiving team support. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
- Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
- Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
- Provide pain and symptom management
- Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing
- Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence
- One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics, or related settings preferred
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
- Current CPR certification
New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
