Hours: 24hrs
Shift: Evening/Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 7:15pm - 7:15am
Location: Med Surg/Tele - St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of the assigned unit.
- Participate in patient and family teaching.
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required).
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Three (3) months of experience (preferred).
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or sign a statement certifying exemption for medical or personal reasons once hired.
Pay
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
