Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, South Carolina. Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
• Lead and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina
• CPR certification required
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
