About the role

The Oaks Post Acute is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility offering exceptional care in Orangeburg, SC. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assessments with accuracy and compassion.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support while creating a safe and caring environment for residents.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach to resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Benefits

• $36.00–$40.00/hour.
• Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hour for Monday–Friday Nights, +$2.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday Days, +$3.50/hour for Saturday & Sunday Nights.

Pay

$36.00–$40.00/hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday Nights (7p–7a): +$1.50/hour
Saturday & Sunday Days: +$2.00/hour
Saturday & Sunday Nights: +$3.50/hour
