Full-time, day shift position with on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays. Location: 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ.

About the Role

Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence-based practice, focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate total care
• Documentation of care
• Maintain professional development
• Education of patient and family
• Patient advocacy
• Maintain patient safety
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current NJ RN licensure
• American Heart Association CPR certification
• Must pass annual clinical competency-based program and mandated in-service education
• Unit-specific skills may include scrubbing and circulating (determined by challenge exam, skill performance, or completion of a Staff Development course)

Qualifications

• Required: All hires after July 2012 must have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associate's Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled, and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date
• Associate's Degree AND 2 years of experience in the specialty area will be accepted in lieu of BSN
• Preferred: One year of OR experience
• Preferred: Certification in specialty
• Preferred: 2 years of scrubbing and circulating experience in various specialties including robotic surgery

Pay

Hiring range: $43.50 - $59.25 hourly.
