Join Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro as a Med/Surg RN and help provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our medical-surgical unit.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to develop and implement patient-centered plans of care.
- Provide competent nursing care and education based on patient acuity and clinical judgment.
- Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, shared governance, and ongoing learning.
- Support education of nursing colleagues and students.
Requirements
- Current valid Wisconsin RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Commitment to patient- and family-centered care, safety, and teamwork
- Ability to collaborate, delegate appropriately, and support a culture of caring
Qualifications
- Experience preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
