About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs. The RN also demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop care plans
• Implement interventions and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications correctly
• Provide resident, family, and caregiver education

Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Organize assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
• Communicate effectively

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
