About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Plans for and provides resident, family and caregiver education.

Requirements

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• $42.00-50.52/hr

• Various shifts available throughout the upper Midwest.
