About the Role

Full-time, Evening Shift (3p-11p), Rotating Weekends. Seeking candidates with a long-term care background.

Responsibilities

• Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
• Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced.
• Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing
• Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification

Pay

$42.50 - $52.32/hour. This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.
