About the role
Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization offering a 65-bed facility with 1st shift 8-hour shifts. The position includes full-time and part-time options with sign-on bonuses. The role is based in Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN License – Wisconsin
- Medication administration and IV certification

Pay
$42/hour for full-time positions, starting at $3,000 sign-on bonus. Part-time positions start at $1,500 sign-on bonus.
