Responsibilities

• Perform Annual Wellness Visits and provide care for assigned patients from arrival until departure.
• Be courteous and tactful when handling patients, prioritizing quality care and patient safety.
• Assist with day‑to‑day clinic operations as needed, including supporting fellow teammates and providers.
• Work as part of a close‑knit, supportive team that encourages each other daily.
• Enjoy a schedule with no nights or on‑call requirements; work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM in a small office environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• BSN required within 7 years of hire (if hired into Home Health or inpatient acute service line after July 1, 2024; encouraged for those hired before that date).
• Experience in an ambulatory setting is desirable.

Requirements

• Proof of vaccination or lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
• Annual flu vaccination (or approved medical/religious exemption) during flu season each year of employment.
