Schedule
Day shift, full‑time, 07:00‑16:00.
Location: INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital, Woodward, OK.

Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and re‑assessments of patients
- Develop the plan of care
- Implement appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluate patient care interventions
- Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care as assigned
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
- Assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System (Mental Health staff)
- May be required to float to other units and participate in on‑call status
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on level of patient contact
Qualifications
Required
- Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice only: current CPR certification required in lieu of BLS)
- Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
- For hospice and Employee Health: valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, ability to drive an automobile, and proof of current automobile liability insurance
- For INTEGRIS Mental Health: current Oklahoma driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for operating an INTEGRIS‑owned or personal vehicle
Preferred
- CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) – hospice only
