About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care delivers care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in their homes—the place they most want to be. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for this unique and rewarding environment, prioritizing your skillset confidence and knowledge.

As a BAYADA RN, you’ll provide one-on-one care with flexible scheduling, electronic charting, in-depth paid training, and around-the-clock clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Schedule

• 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Part-Time or Full-Time—work as little as one shift per week

Pay

$30–35 per hour
