About the role
Registered Nurse providing in-home care to adult patients, utilizing nursing processes to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Monitor patient condition changes and report to physicians or supervisors
- Administer medications and treatments, assessing effectiveness
- Review care plans to identify education, coordination, and discharge needs
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
