RN Adult - 1.1 Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing in-home care to adult patients, utilizing nursing processes to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Include Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and physician directivesPerforming therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actionsMonitoring patient condition changes and reporting to physicians or supervisorsAdministering medications and treatments, assessing effectivenessReviewing care plans to identify education, coordination, and discharge needs Qualifications Current RN license for the practicing stateValid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certificationPreferably one year of RN experience Key Skills: Nursing process, patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, communication, adaptability to patient needs.
