Responsibilities
- Coordinate the admission process for Veterans and the facility, including pre-admission packets, evaluation visits of referrals, preparation of waiting lists, and notification of admissions.
- Represent the facility throughout the community to raise awareness of services available to Veterans.
- Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies on a 24/7 basis as needed.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
- Current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
