About the role

Provides direct patient care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process and working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient wellness
• Models proficiency through precepting
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care
• Supports evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment
• Delivers top-of-scope nursing care
• Collaborates with team members
• Upholds safety standards in moderate to high-acuity units, including specialty certifications and evidence-based models

Requirements

• RN licensure
• BLS certification
• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Schedule
