About the role
This onsite registered nurse position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting within Med-Surg units of moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver direct patient care.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff.
- Support specialty education and competency validation.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
