RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-time Day Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care - Ortho Surgical, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—based on evidence-based standards.Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning.Coordinating safe, efficient care through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Participating in performance improvement, research activities, and promoting evidence-based practice.Supporting professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.Developing protocols, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological proficiency. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
