About the Role

This onsite nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) unit, utilizing evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care and prioritize patient wellness.
• Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Support team collaboration in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Stay current with clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Active State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
