About the Role
Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, providing direct patient care in a Med-Surg unit with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
- Perform evidence-based care
- Support specialty education
- Adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
- Emphasize patient-centered care, safety, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid RN licensure
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- BLS certification
Schedule
Full-time, onsite role.
