About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary rehabilitation patient care unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care.
- Prioritize patient wellness and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting.
- Support specialty acute care units with evidence-based practices.
- Provide individualized education for competency validation.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Current RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
