Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents
• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, resident-centered care

Requirements

• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Pay

• Starting Pay: $29–$32/hour (based on experience)
• $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential
• $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)
