About the role

Union Post Acute is a long-term care and rehabilitation community in Union, South Carolina, offering a warm, home-like environment for residents. We are now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) who are compassionate, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Communicate changes in resident conditions appropriately
• Supervise and support CNA and LPN team members
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered South Carolina RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• A passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Competitive wages based on experience: $30.00 - $33.29/hr (plus shift differentials)
• 12-Hour Shifts Available: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
