RMH Housewarmer

Description

At our 5 Minnesota locations, we keep families close to the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Stocking the pantry or toiletry items
• Cleaning kitchen tables and counters
• Dusting various parts of the house
• Keeping common spaces clean and tidy
• Auxiliary with receiving and sorting In-Kind donations
• Bringing a friendly smile and attitude to all our families

Typical Hours and Commitment

• Offered seven days a week between the hours of 10am-7pm
• Select a 2-3 hour weekly or bi-weekly shift
• Ask to commit to a minimum of one full semester, or 50 hours

Is the Housewarmer role right for you?

• On their feet and moving about the House during their shifts
• Assist with a wide variety of tasks
• Take pride in making the House a home for families
• Great for individuals with:
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
• General organizational and cleaning skills
• An interest in working with kids and families

Training

• An overview of your position will be provided during your orientation and House tour
• On the day of your first shift, you will meet some of the RMH staff members who will be providing you guidance throughout your time in the House
• More detailed training and guidelines will be provided at the start of each shift
• A criminal background check and health screening are required prior to starting this role
