SOC Analyst (Security Monitoring)

• Conducts security monitoring activities to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Monitors network traffic and system logs for anomalies.
• Collaborates with other security teams to ensure timely incident response.

Systems Administrator (Tier 2/3 Support)

• Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Resolves complex technical problems and performs system maintenance.
• Supports the implementation and troubleshooting of new systems and applications.

Service Desk Analyst

• Handles incoming customer service requests and escalations.
• Assists users with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Program Manager

• Develops and manages project plans to meet program objectives.
• Oversees resource allocation and ensures project milestones are met.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders and adjusts plans as necessary.

Outreach and Engagement Program Manager

• Plans and executes outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Develops and implements strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitors program effectiveness and makes adjustments as needed.
