About the role
We are seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM software.
Responsibilities
- Measure, interpret, and report facility performance metrics to management.
- Maintain accurate equipment metadata, labels, and system data in EAM.
- Develop and update preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and work packages.
- Support work order creation, planning, updates, and closures.
- Manage spare parts data, procurement processes, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate to reduce costs, improve parts quality, and implement new EAM functionalities.
- Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and coaching staff on CMMS best practices.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 1-3+ years in maintenance, manufacturing, or asset management environments.
- 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software, ideally Infor EAM ASE.
- Data analysis expertise in asset management and spare parts optimization.
- Strong communication, organization, and self-driven work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; technical/trade training is a plus.
