RME Planner

Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Schedule maintenance activities based on available resources, work criticality, and maintenance windows.
- Analyze scope requirements to screen APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders.
- Audit equipment to document work requirements and quality.
- Estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program.
- Collaborate directly with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows.
- Ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience.
- Travel up to 15% of the time.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler working within an industrial maintenance complex, manufacturing/distribution industries, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of working with enterprise asset management software suite experience.
- Experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
- Ability to move up to 49lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 USD hourly.
Schedule
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
