Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and highly qualified Requirements Analyst to support the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP). This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting STARCOM's mission through effective requirements management, strategic planning, and resource prioritization. In this role, you will support the execution of the Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP), STARCOM's standardized framework for developing, validating, and managing internal and external requirements. You will help ensure requirements are aligned with strategic guidance, maintain end-to-end traceability, and support the translation of validated requirements into prioritized material, non-material, and resource decisions that inform the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Unfunded Requirements (UFR) processes. Key Responsibilities The RMCP Requirements Integration Analyst will Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and translate operational requirements into actionable plans and recommendationsPresent requirements, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership and the RMCP Working Group, ensuring clear communication and informed decision-makingAnalyze and track STARCOM requirement requests throughout the Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP), supporting working groups and subordinate action teamsMaintain visibility of requirement status and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, milestones, and outcomesReview military orders, planning documents, and related products to ensure alignment with STARCOM strategic objectives and mission prioritiesDevelop executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations that communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and actionable mannerSupport the integration, prioritization, and validation of requirements that inform STARCOM's Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and other resource planning activitiesProvide strategic recommendations to improve requirements management processes, governance, and cross-functional collaboration Skills And Experience The RMCP Requirements Integration Analyst must have Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.15+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience, including at least 5 years supporting programs in TS/SCI environmentsStrong knowledge of the DOTMLPF-P framework, including experience conducting requirements analysis and developing capability-based solutions for complex operational challengesExperience supporting enterprise-level requirements management, strategic planning, and capability development within DoD organizations; STARCOM experience is highly preferredThorough understanding of Joint Publication (JP) 5-0 and the Joint Planning Process (JPP), with experience applying joint planning principles across multi-domain operationsExperience developing, reviewing, and supporting the Military Operational Order (OPORD) processStrong knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, resource planning, and defense requirements integrationExperience integrating test, training, and exercise requirements across Air, Space, and Cyberspace mission areas Education and Certifications The RMCP Requirements Integration Analyst must have the following Required Master's degree in a related field (MA/MS/ME)Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidays Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
