Requirements Analyst

About the role

Torch Technologies is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401) in its C-sUAS mission.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and the development of briefing products related to gap analysis.
• Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force.
• Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence.
• Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings, meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
• Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 efforts.
• Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• 12+ years of related work experience
• Active secret DoD clearance required to start with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
• Basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
• Senior Military Staff experience required (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, military service)

Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission.

$145,000 - $165,000
