RMA Coordinator

We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate RMA Coordinator. This position reports to the Quality Manager and will work in Port St Lucie, FL. About The Position As an RMA Coordinator in the xxx team, you will be involved in managing the process of returned products, materials, or components from customers, distributors, or internal operations. This position’s primary goal is to ensure returns are processed efficiently, root causes are identified, and customer satisfaction is maintained. Your Main Responsibilities Receive and review return requests from customers or distributorsIssue RMA numbers and provide return instructionsVerify warranty eligibility and return authorization requirementsTrack returned items through the entire processWork with customers, Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support to gather information about failures or defectsEnsure returned products are shipped and received properlyMaintain detailed records in ERP systemCoordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to determine root causes of failures.Document defect information and failure trendsAssist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activitiesEnsure returned materials are properly received into inventorySegregate defective and nonconforming materialsCoordinate disposition activities such as:Disposition could include Repair, Replacement, Scrap, Rework, Return to supplierServe as the primary point of contact regarding product returnsProvide status updates on repairs, replacements, and creditsResolve return-related issues professionally and promptlyEnsure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and warranty policiesPrepare documentation required for audits and quality reviewsOther duties as assigned to assist in other areas and departments as needed in obtaining the goals and objectives of Dometic What do we offer?
