Job Nature: Full Time Vacancy: NA Location: Anywhere In Bangladesh Posted: 14 Oct, 2026 Print Job Description We are seeking a visionary and technically sound leader to head our Quality Control department. This role is responsible for the end-to-end quality of the plant, driving product innovation, and ensuring strict compliance with national and international food safety standards. Roles And Responsibilities Conduct chemical analysis (Wet Analysis) of raw materials and finished products.Operate and maintain the NIR machine for rapid nutritional testing.Supervise the production floor to check pellet quality, moisture levels, and durability (PDI).Collect and prepare samples from various production stages for testing.Prepare and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), specifications, and methods for all materials and goods.Maintain accurate logbooks and records of all analytical and floor activities.Ensure laboratory tools and floor testing equipment are clean and well-maintained.Follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.Report all findings and daily progress to the Lab In-Charge.Coordinate with senior management on quality improvement initiatives.Monitor the production floor to ensure feed manufacturing meets all physical and nutritional specifications. Academic Qualifications HSCConcentration/Major: HSC / Graduation in any discipline Others Requirements Age: 23 - 35 yearsGender: MaleTraining/Course: MS OfficeArea of Expertise: QCAdditional Requirements:Prior experience in feed production quality control is preferred.Knowledge of lab analysis techniques, NIR operation, and GMP standards.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
