About the Role

The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.

Schedule

• Night Shift 7p-7a
• Rotating shifts
• 36 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• This role cannot accept experience in lieu of a degree

Licenses and Credentials

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily within the scope of nursing
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients serviced in assigned department
• Certifications in CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required upon hire for specific patient care units
• Those transitioning into a new area who do not possess skill will be trained

Pay

$39.27 - $94.69/hourly
