Key Responsibilities
- Analyze transaction risks across credit, market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty dimensions
- Support the structuring of financial transactions, including debt, equity, hybrid, and structured products
- Build and maintain financial models to assess downside scenarios, sensitivities, and stress cases
- Evaluate covenant packages, collateral structures, guarantees, and risk mitigants
- Assist in preparing risk memos, structuring recommendations, and investment committee materials
- Support live transactions across M&A, leveraged finance, private credit, and capital markets
- Conduct scenario analysis and assess the impact of macroeconomic, regulatory, and market changes
- Collaborate with deal teams, risk management, legal, and compliance stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong interest in risk management, deal structuring, and transaction analysis
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow modeling, and capital structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking, risk management, structured finance, private credit, trading, or consulting is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial or risk analysis tools
